The room was comfy, but waiting over an hour for check-in was frustrating.

Overall pretty standard hotel, appetising meals.

everything there was fine. obliging, nice staff towards all guests. bright and clean rooms provided with the bathroom, drinking water, as for instance. marvellous location and opposite an underground station. good choice for exploring vaulx-en-velin.

The room was bright and well-equipped, with free Wi-Fi. The bed was very clean & the staff there were fantastically friendly and EXCELLENT.

The hotel features a charming atmosphere and spacious rooms that provided a cozy retreat after exploring the city. The breakfast offered a good spread with fresh pastries and local cheeses. It was concerning to find issues with luggage security in the storage area, as my belongings were accessed and an item was stolen. The long wait during check-in was frustrating, detracting from the overall experience.

The air conditioning struggled, but the room was cozy for our short stay.

Checking in was a nightmare with my room not ready until over an hour past the scheduled time. To make matters worse, the reception staff seemed indifferent to the situation, as I watched others check-in with ease. The soundproofing between rooms was poor. I could hear every conversation from the adjacent room.

First off, reception was super cute, like they really wanted us to feel at home, always ready with a smile. The lounge bar had a cozy vibe.

The room features a practical layout with good storage options and a cozy ambiance. The extra blanket provided was a thoughtful touch, ensuring comfort throughout the night.

Unfortunately, the cleaning protocol left much to be desired. Utilizing the "Do not disturb" sign seemed ineffective, as the cleaning staff entered anyway. The heating fan in room 401 was underwhelming, performing poorly despite attempts to adjust the settings, leading to less than ideal warming conditions.

Our short stay was lovely, especially enjoying the delightful breakfast spread each morning and the spacious, cozy room—but the noise from the neighboring rooms was a bit bothersome.

The hotel had such a chill vibe! My room was super comfy, great. The bar/lounge area was perfect for grabbing a late-night drink, and the staff were always smiling. One bummer was that the water was out on arrival, but it was back by morning. Still a solid stay!

The bed was huge and super comfy, perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring. The decor felt fresh and modern. I especially loved the breakfast with fresh pastries and local cheeses. It set me up nicely for the day! I did notice some noise from adjacent rooms, a bit distracting during the night.

The location made it easy to get to attractions and public transport was super close! My expectations were surpassed by the warm atmosphere and helpful staff.

The hotel enjoys a prime location next to a tram stop leading directly to the city center. The surrounding area features numerous restaurants, perfect for grabbing a bite after a day of trekking. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, great to relax comfortably after our adventures.

The hotel could enhance soundproofing as noise from adjoining rooms can be distracting.
